These Courses are designed to be completed online over the Internet either continuously or intermittently.  Each course is free, but to receive the unique Certificate of Completion that is also emailed to the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries you must make payment to receive a user name and password and complete and pass the recorded or final tests.  The recorded tests are graded by the server and the score is returned to you.  You can take the tests as many times as necessary to pass with a score of 70 per cent or higher.  The server records into a database  who, when,  of participant, and the answers and scores for each test taken.

Be sure and benchmark this page.

(1) Review the course material (you can go directly to the courses by clicking on the above links.)

(2) Take the Practice tests where available.

(3) Complete and pass with a 70 percentile or better the recordable Tests for each course and submit them over the Internet.  This is done as you proceed through each course.  These tests can be taken as many times as necessary to pass.

After receiving the Notification of Completion Form, electrician2.com will determine if you completed and passed the recorded and/or final tests, and that payment was received.   electrician2.com will then certify qualifying applicants as having completed 8 to 40 hours of continuing education by emailing a Certificate of Completion for each course.

The certificates are emailed to the student.  Records of all certificates and test scores will be kept on file for verification.
